We are currently seeking Plumbing & Mechanical Superintendents to join our team.     The duties of the Superintendent include providing on-site coordination for all project phases, ensuring adherence to specifications, schedule, and budget. Reporting to the Project Manager, the role involves planning, coordinating, and directing project installations.

    The ideal candidate should:

    • Demonstrate leadership by example
    • Have strong interpersonal skills
    • Be detail-oriented and extremely organized
    • Be proactive, reliable, and deadline-driven
    • Be proficient with modern technologies
    • Have a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
    • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Be fluent in English and legally entitled to work in Canada
    • Have Canadian experience as a Superintendent in the Plumbing/Mechanical industry

    Education & Experience:

    • Minimum of 10 years in mechanical construction
    • Red Seal Certified
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
    • Familiarity with AutoDesk and Trimble products
    • Minimum of 5 years as a Mechanical Foreman
    • Formally trained in construction management (an asset)
    • Ability to use Bluebeam, AutoDesk products, and/or NavisWorks (asset)
    • Strong understanding of plumbing and mechanical systems

    Work Conditions:

    • Full-time position with required overtime
    • Walking on construction sites
    • Navigating obstacles on sites

    Compensation: $62/h to $64/h+ 5% RRSP + 100% Employer-paid Extended Health & Dental benefits + Life Insurance + LTD + Vehicle Allowance + Corporate Phone + Gas Card
