    Psycho Bunny is a worldwide menswear brand that had one mission when it was founded in New York back in 2005: to perfect the polo.

    Nearly two decades later, our quality-obsessed approach has built a devoted following of fashion-conscious individuals looking for exceptional-quality everyday staples that command attention-while remaining unconventional and daring.

    Today, color-driven collections extend to Pima cotton T-shirts, plush French terry sweats, versatile bottoms, elevated outerwear, need-to-have accessories, and a myriad of perfected polos.

    Our global expansion in the fashion landscape is attributed to the eclectic personalities who have joined our ranks, making Psycho Bunny the creative community it is today-and will be tomorrow.

    And you'll be instrumental in our unique brand's ascent to new heights. Our rapid global expansion requires fluidity in an ever-changing high-performance environment.

    Reporting to the VP of design, the fashion concept designer will be responsible for leading the creative direction for all seasonal fashion concepts of the brand, collaborating closely with the product design and merchandising teams.

    This role will ensure consistency in the brand's aesthetics while driving innovation and setting the seasonal direction for design, product, and merchandising.

    Trend Forecasting and Seasonal Direction
    Informs and guides creative design, product, and merchandising development build and present macro trends.

    Provides concept direction and seasonal narratives for the product team, offering unique and compelling ideas that align with the brand's vision.

    Collection Concept and Presentation
    Leads the creation of seasonal concept rooms, mood imagery, key looks, fabrics, blocks, and big idea boards.
    Collaborates with merchandising and design teams throughout the product development process to ensure alignment with the seasonal direction.
    Drives colour and prints direction, working closely with graphic designers to present seasonal colour palettes and artboards.
    Develops concepts that outline the delivery flow of colours, fabrics, techniques, prints, and silhouettes across all product categories.
    Brand Aesthetics and Consistency
    Creates standards and processes to ensure brand aesthetics consistency throughout different collections and products.
    Provides guidelines and directions to maintain the brand's visual identity and essence.
    Consumer Behavior Analysis
    ~ Analyzes and predicts consumer behaviour by understanding generational and cultural shifts, translating these insights into impactful fashion concepts.

    Leads and presents the seasonal creative direction and big ideas for the product and creative teams, communicating the vision effectively.

    Collaborates with the product design, merchandising and marketing teams to support in creating key look directions for e-commerce campaigns.

    Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field or commensurate experience.
    ~ Senior Designer with 10 to 12 years of progressive experience.
    ~ Minimum (5) years of experience as a Senior Designer or in a similar creative role within the fashion industry.
    ~3 to 5 years of experience in concept design, an asset.
    ~ Proven strong trend forecasting abilities and an up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, materials, and techniques.

    Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate creative concepts and ideas effectively.
    A keen eye for detail and aesthetics, passionate about creating innovative and appealing fashion collections.
