Under the direction of the Manager, a Customer Service Clerk is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members as well as ensuring merchandising and image standards for the department are maintained.
The Customer Service Clerk supports the operational goals of the department. Operating the point of sale system, completing customer purchases and packagingResponsible to provide information, assistance, and exceptional customer service to all customers.
Receive, store, and manage product from vendors including hardware, feed, animal health products, and oil and lube
Performs general housekeeping and maintenance duties (spills, display fixtures, washrooms, etc.) Our team provides a range of products and services to support our member-owners.
Through the work that we do, we help to build, fuel, feed and grow Western Canadian communities together.You are looking for a career in retail/food service and you have:
Strong customer service skills based on experience.
Willingness to participate in forklift training and operation.
