RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communications Management:
- Create, write, and prepare communications from head office to tenants, vendors, community managers and other departments.
- Collaborate with accounting department to ensure billing information and accounts receivable are accurate.
- Document communications to ensure relevant information is available to all stakeholders.
- Tenancy:
- Support Community Managers in various tasks including onboarding and offboarding processes, marketing, communications, screening and others.
- Encourage and support community events to foster a positive living environment.
- Documentation
- Maintain accurate records with Yardi. software and regularly update databases.
- Review and manage documentation such as tenancy agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Track and regularly update unit vacancies.
- Use systems and software to track daily, monthly and annual tasks.
- Maintenance Coordination:
- Coordinate maintenance work as needed and respond to vendor inquiries.
- Vendor Management for property and community management.
- Strata Management:
- Hold Strata Annual General Meeting (AGM) and quarterly meetings.
- Respond to Strata inquiries and produce/filing required strata documentation.
- Commercial Leasing:
- Assist in overseeing and coordinating commercial leasing activities.
- Collaborate with customers to ensure effective commercial space management.
- Insurance Coordination:
- Coordinate insurancerelated matters for both multifamily and commercial properties.
- Facilitate the filing of insurance claims and maintain accurate records.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or Diploma from a post secondary program with relatable skills.
- 3+ years of experience in property management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with property management software (Yardi Voyager).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strata management certification is an asset.
- Knowledge of property leasing and insurance processes are assets.

COMPENSATION
- Salary will be a minimum of $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year with negotiation consistent for commensurate experience.
