- Manageaccounts that are typically sophisticated in terms of category management andcomplexity. Can be assigned to complex product lines or special markets thatrequire significant customer skills.

- Negotiateannual agreements, promotional activities, listing fees, price increases &costs with the client.

- Understandand use the marketing plan's sales materials

- Evaluatecustomer-specific reports and standardized IRI reports
- Partnerwith the Director of Business Analytics/Commercial Accounts Teams for reportingand analysis
- Communicatewith sales staff and other departments of ConAgra Foods as required
- Maximizeall sales opportunities by aligning with and supporting the Retail Team.

- Workclosely with the Accounts team as well as in cooperation with CustomerMarketing, Category Management, Brand Marketing, Retail, Finance & SupplyChain to achieve the company's objectives
- Liabilitywith the Client may vary from partial liability for one or two major accounts,to full liability for several smaller accounts
- Workswith direct guidance from the supervisor on business planning and clientstrategy

- SeniorBusiness Development Manager
- Post-secondaryeducation in Business Administration, Commerce, or relevant field
- 3-5+years of experience in Major Account Management/ Consumer Goods (Food)
- Stronganalytical skills & proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- GoodKnowledge of A.C.N. Software
- Businessand financial acumen: analytical skills, agility with the client's incomestatement, business management planning, monitoring and evaluation skills
- Abilityto make recommendations for solutions based on information obtained andanalyzed by previously mentioned systems
- Strongattention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Demonstratedability to manage business expenses
- Strongtechnical, reporting and analytical abilities
