- Writing 1-2 page manuals/articles with SOPS, reference guides (writing for customer service facing teams)
- Team develops brief articles for an audience/associate that has to consume material quickly to help customer on the phone
- Ensure articles are adhering to established guidelines and brand standards
- 3-5 years of technical writing experience
- Support articles for front and back-office audiences
- Experience with style guides (MLA, AP, Chicago, Microsoft)
- Customer service & ability to communicate with different personalities
- Written & verbal skills
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in English, Journalism, or related)
- HTML Experience
- Travel or Insurance experience
- Developing/managing content in a knowledge base (Atlis is a huge plus)

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Writer will work closely with a specialized project team that is currently being formed. Their primary task will involve rewriting over 2000+ articles used by our Operations team members based in Canada to implement a new knowledge base. The goal is to create documentation that is clear, concise, and user-friendly. The ideal candidate should have experience with large-scale content migration projects that operate under tight timelines. Additionally, they should be skilled at validating content accuracy by collaborating with subject matter experts.
Note: not looking for people with experience writing several paged manuals but can assist with summarization and to simplify and shorten information in this industry
