We are seeking an innovative, goal-oriented, culture driven Project Manager to join our Tower Division.**

  • PMP, Mechanical Engineering, or Applied Science Technologist (AScT)
  • 2+ years experience in Contractor, Engineering, or relevant industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Knowledge of HVAC & Plumbing
  • Knowledge of Tower Projects
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and mentorship skills
  • Proficiency in CAD is considered an asset

As Project Manager, you will:

Project Management

  • Manage administrative and field resource allocation;
  • Financial management of projects, including billing and collection for duration;
  • Review all projects on a monthly basis to ensure that billing and invoicing is timely, accurate, captures all costs incurred and is meeting the original targeted profits at the outset of the project; Ensure that all change orders, change directives and other additional works to Group projects are properly and accurately captured in monthly invoicing processes and updated accordingly in accounting reports;
  • Responsible for ensuring that all Group work is supported by appropriate Purchase Orders and Contracts. Ensure that all consultants, subtrades, suppliers and equipment providers perform work on behalf of the Group under the auspices of appropriate and executed Purchase Orders or Contracts;
  • Maintenance of good working relations with the Company's technicians/tradesmen including ensuring to the best of your ability that all work performed by the Company's and True Mechanical technicians/tradesmen and subtrades is conducted in a safe manner and compliant with the Company's and True Mechanical's safety policies;

Collaboration

  • Manage all designassist, designbuild, or preconstruction management activities of the Group, ensuring accuracy of pricing and estimating in accordance with relevant team members;
  • Represent the business and maintain the positive reputation of True Mechanical on all tower and commercial projects;
  • Collaborate with the President, Principal(s), CFO, their designates, and any of the Company(s) direct resources to develop policies, procedures and processes with the intent to enhance the delivery of services or to solve problems promptly;
  • Build and maintain valuable relationships with subtrades, suppliers, and other parties within the influence of the Group's activities;
  • Collaborate with the Principal(s) with the intent to develop the Company(s) Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing/Piping business strategy;
  • Represent the Group at pipeline and labour resource meetings, while engaging and with clients or stakeholders (owners, developers, general contractors, construction managers, consultants) to ensure the positive reputation of the Group is maintained;
  • Collaborate with the Group's project management team, BIM & layout team, field team, and administrative team with the intent to enhance the Group's overall performance;
  • Engage with the Group's technology, software, or tools to deliver an enhanced experience to clients and stakeholders;

Quality Assurance

  • Maintain responsibility for accuracy in startup and commissioning of all work;
  • Maintain responsibility for the oversight and completion of all warrantyrelated work.
