    Description :

    Principales responsabilités :

  • Être capable de traduire les besoins de l'entreprise en termes techniques afin que les développeurs puissent les exécuter correctement.
  • (Certaines tâches administratives peuvent être impliquées) Si un problème est soulevé par les parties prenantes, cette personne doit être l'intermédiaire pour comprendre comment le problème doit être résolu et le communiquer aux développeurs.

    • Collecte et analyse des besoins :

  • Collaborer avec les propriétaires de produits et les parties prenantes pour comprendre et documenter leurs besoins.
  • Effectuer une analyse approfondie des processus et des systèmes de l'entreprise afin d'identifier les possibilités d'amélioration.
  • Collaborer avec les propriétaires de produits en travaillant activement ensemble pour identifier les défis et développer des solutions.

    • Analyse et modélisation des données :

  • Utiliser des techniques d'analyse de données pour extraire des informations significatives et éclairer la prise de décision.
  • Élaborer des modèles de données pour répondre aux exigences en matière de veille stratégique et de rapports.
  • Comprendre les solutions techniques en place afin de travailler efficacement et en collaboration avec l'équipe de développement.
  • Documenter et traduire les besoins des entreprises en exigences techniques pour l'équipe de développement.

    • Communication et gestion des parties prenantes :

  • Communiquer efficacement des informations techniques aux parties prenantes non techniques.
  • Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les utilisateurs professionnels, les équipes informatiques et les autres parties prenantes concernées.

    • Amélioration continue :

  • Se tenir au courant des meilleures pratiques du secteur et des technologies émergentes.
  • Identifier de manière proactive les possibilités d'amélioration des processus et les gains d'efficacité au sein de l'organisation informatique.
  • Aider à résoudre les problèmes de production et agir en tant que support de niveau 3 pour les produits si nécessaire.

    • Compétences :

    SQL, Snowflake, données, agile, analyse d'affaires, AWS, Google cloud.

    Compétences et qualifications supplémentaires :

  • Connaissance de Snowflake un atout
  • Connaissance de la vente au détail un atout
  • A l'aise avec les concepts techniques tels que la structure des bases de données, l'intégration des données, les API, les documents de cartographie.
  • Connaissance de la modélisation des processus d'entreprise
  • Compréhension de base des systèmes ERP et de leur structure

    • Description:

    Primary Responsibilities:

  • Be able to translate the business needs into technical terms so developers can execute properly.
  • (Some admin work might be involved) Maintaining and making sure that the tickets are up to date and going well, if there is an issue from the stakeholders, they should be the middle person to understand where the issue should be fixed and communicate to developers.

    • Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

  • Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with product owners by actively working together to identify challenges and develop solutions.

    • Data Analysis and Modeling:

  • Utilize data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights and inform decision-making.
  • Develop data models to support business intelligence and reporting requirements.
  • Understand the technical solutions in place in order to work collaboratively and effectively with the dev team.
  • Document and map business needs into technical requirements for the development team.

    • Communication and Stakeholder Management:

  • Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business users, IT teams, and other relevant stakeholders.

    • Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the IT organization.
  • Help troubleshoot production issues and act as level 3 support for products when needed.

    • Skills:

    SQL, Snowflake, Data, agile, business analysis, AWS, Google cloud

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Snowflake an asset
  • Knowledge of Retail an asset
  • Comfortable with technical concepts such as database structure, data integration, API, mapping documents
  • Knowledge of Business Process Modeling
  • Base understanding of ERP systems and structure
