Job Description:

Your Team


The Design Administrator is responsible to support the production design team in ensuring the smooth operation of our production design environment and processes.

You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication between various departments and stakeholders to ensure administrative activities are executed in timely manner.

Your Key Deliverables

  • Set up all individual job folders
  • Request plot plans and review for accuracy
  • Select spec home exterior colour palettes
  • Manage process documentation and folders
  • Manage plan peer checks
  • Manage and complete plan release checks
  • Request for permit documentation
  • Liaise with sales department
  • Liaise with construction department and or trade partners
  • Distribute construction documents to Sales, Estimating, Construction and Trade Partners
Must Haves

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
