Using your in-depth knowledge of the Official Languages Act, you'll provide consulting, guidance and recommendations to advance FCC's official languages maturity.

What you'll do:

Research, design and implement official languages programs, initiatives, and action plans
Monitor and evaluate initiatives to ensure outcomes are achieved
Develop and maintain internal and external partnerships
Provide expertise, direction and coaching to other business units
Foster linguistic duality and an inclusive workplace

What we're looking for:

Team player who can collaborate with a variety of business units and stakeholders
Strong communicator able to consult with different audiences and implement effective tactics
Continuous learner with the ability to stay current on best practices

What you'll need:

Indepth knowledge of the _Official Languages Act_ and related policies and directives
A bachelor's degree in human resources management, education or French literature and at least three years of experience in employment equity, diversity or inclusion (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
A solid understanding of change management concepts
Ability to communicate in both of Canada's official languages
