    Description du poste :

    Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Directeur(trice) de la gouvernance d'entreprise et des opérations stratégiques expérimenté(e) avec un fort accent sur la gestion des ressources humaines (RH) pour se joindre à notre équipe. Dans ce rôle, vous superviserez les fonctions RH, développerez des politiques et procédures internes liées aux RH, gérerez certaines opérations stratégiques et collaborerez avec les parties prenantes clés pour assurer l'excellence opérationnelle.

    Responsabilités :

    • Diriger et superviser les fonctions RH, y compris le recrutement, les relations avec les employés, la gestion du rendement, la formation et le perfectionnement, la rémunération et les avantages sociaux pour un maximum de 70 employés.
    • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des politiques et procédures RH qui s'alignent sur les exigences réglementaires, les normes de l'industrie et les meilleures pratiques.
    • Collaborer avec les équipes internes, les conseillers externes et les parties prenantes clés du client pour résoudre les problèmes de gouvernance et de conformité liés aux RH.
    • Effectuer des audits RH et des évaluations de conformité pour assurer le respect des exigences légales et réglementaires.
    • Gérer les opérations stratégiques, y compris la budgétisation, l'allocation des ressources, le traitement de la paie et éventuellement certains éléments de la trésorerie.
    • Se tenir au courant des tendances du secteur, des changements réglementaires et des meilleures pratiques en matière de gestion des RH, de gouvernance d'entreprise, de conformité et de gestion des risques.

    Qualifications :

    • Baccalauréat.
    • Minimum de 4 ans d'expérience en gestion des RH, en gouvernance d'entreprise ou dans des rôles connexes.
    • Solide compréhension des lois, règlements et meilleures pratiques en matière de RH.
    • Excellentes aptitudes en leadership, en planification stratégique et en gestion de projet.
    • Capacité à communiquer efficacement des concepts complexes, à collaborer avec des parties prenantes diversifiées et à obtenir des résultats.
    • Des certifications professionnelles telles que SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP ou CRHA constituent un atout.
    • Une expérience de travail dans des secteurs à cadre réglementaire strict (p. ex., finance, santé, technologie) est un avantage.
    • Capacité à s'autogérer.
    • Bilingue complet (anglais/français) - La connaissance d'autres langues européennes est un atout.

    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Manager of Corporate Governance and Strategic Operations with a strong focus on Human Resources (HR) management to join our team. In this role, you will oversee HR functions, develop internal policies and procedures related to HR, manage some strategic operations, and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and oversee HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits for up to 70 employees.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, external counsel, and client's key stakeholders to address HR-related governance and compliance issues.
    • Conduct HR audits and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Manage strategic operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, payroll processing, and eventually encompassing some treasury elements.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in HR management, corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR management, corporate governance, or related roles.
    • Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
    • Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills.
    • Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and drive results.
    • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CHRP are a plus.
    • Experience working in industries with stringent regulatory frameworks (e.g., finance, healthcare, technology) is advantageous.
    • Ability to self-manage.
    • Fully bilingual (English/French) – Knowledge of other European Languages is an asset.
