We are looking to hire an analytical person to join the team as a Compliance Coordinator out of our terminal in Brampton The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for the administration of accidents and for licensing our equipment

Duties & Responsibilities_

  • Responsible for the administration/investigation of all accidents.
  • Responsible for data management and data entry into our Database
  • Collective Data.
  • Responsible for licensing of equipment (tractors & trailers).
  • Renewal of licenses (plates and permits).
  • Monitor and maintain CVOR/NIR and DOT.
  • Maintain monthly and weekly reports surrounding compliance and data management.
  • Assist in driver recruitment and orientation process for owneroperators.
  • All other tasks as assigned by Management.

Qualifications_

  • Licensing/Plating experience a strong asset.
  • Accident Investigation experience a strong asset.
  • Wellorganized, punctual, and computer literate with an emphasis on Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience in the transportation industry, or a related administrative role is preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of transportation compliance regulations and best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, e.g., making recommendations to management and other staff with regard to compliance.

From $42,500.00 per year
