    YOUR MISSIONOwn the customer journey of our Canadian University UFred for theCanadian Market from first conversion of the user to becoming astudentDefine conversion strategy throughout the customer acquisitionfunnelIdentify and prioritise initiatives based on data to drive growthDirectly leading marketing teams to ensure optimal andconversion-oriented customer journeyClosely collaborate with other teams and units (e.g., performancemarketing, sales) to improve overall resultsMeasure success along defined Metrics/KPIs and leverage insights forcontinuous improvementYOUR PROFILESuccessfully completed university degree in business, economics orrelated fieldMultiple years of experience in a startup, high-growth company,consulting or similar high-paced environmentStrong data acumen with experience in making data-driven decisionsExperience with steering a team, leverage cross-unit resources andexternal service providers to implement marketing initiativesExperience with customer-centric and target group focusedcommunicationIdeally experience in a conversion-oriented B2C environment such ase-commerceIdeally experience with marketing in an international environment andin a go-to-market settingHands-on mentality and drive to ensure implementation by overcomingchallenges independentlyBusiness fluent written and spoken EnglishWHAT WE OFFERBe you at IU: We support and empower you to achieveyour personal and professional goals, because in the end everyone benefitsfrom happy employees.
