- Supporting various applications in the Client Technology portfolio
- Creating tools for automating monitoring, deployment, and enhancing DevOps and CI/CD capabilities
- Coordinating disaster recovery planning and execution, updating internal configuration management and risk systems
- Providing user-facing front office production support for local and remote users across different platforms
- Managing releases, coordinating bugs/enhancements with internal development and external vendors
- Collaborating with the CTB team for agile-based development
- Engaging with technical partners and stakeholders to ensure production environment stability
- Utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation creation in Confluence runbooks
- Rotational weekend release work and checks
- 3-5 years' experience in a production support role at a Capital Markets organization
- Demonstrated expertise in ITIL Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management
- Proficiency in RHEL Unix/Linux/Windows environments and basic scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell, batch)
- Familiarity with MS SQL/Sybase or another relational database, skilled in writing DB statements
- Experience with BMC Control M or similar batch scheduling platforms
- Diligent approach to documenting processes, issues, and user stories using Confluence and Jira
- Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, QlikView
- Experience in proactive application monitoring using tools like ITRS Geneos, AppDynamics, Dynatrace
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline automation tools (GitHub, Nexus, RLM, Ansible, Elastic, Logstash, Kibana, Jenkins, etc.)
- Hands-on exposure to MemSQL, Ignite, Java Spring, AWS, S3, MongoDB, Datalake, Docker, Kubernetes, and more
