- The IT Support Analyst is the face of IT and will act as a liaison between IT and the end user for IT-related needs
- Manage technical support related issues via ticketing system
- Ability to conduct research into application development issues and products
- Work on assignments that are complex in nature and require judgment, initiative and specialized knowledge to identify, resolve and recommend solutions to problems
- Technical Support of Hardware and Software
- Provide telephone, email and in-person support to end users
- Ensure that incidents are handled in a timely manner and appropriate escalation is followed
- Document existing and new systems and procedures
- Willing to work outside of normal operating hours when required
- Bachelors or College Diploma in IT and related fields
- 2 - 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills, good listening skills and the ability to gain customer confidence and trust
- Self-motivated team player
- Ability to handle multiple calls/tasks in fast paced environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of network printer installation, setup, and troubleshooting
- Strong commitment to high quality service, professionalism, and teamwork
- Practical experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, client/server, remote tools, Windows 10/11, Server 2019 and Oracle Databases
- Associate, Bachelors, or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline with an IT focus is preferred
