    Description
    Our client is seeking a fulltime Corporate Paralegal who has a strong attention to detail as you will be responsible for preparing and managing all the documentation relating to:Trade namesNotices of Change of Directors and Registered OfficeMinute Book reviews and clean-up documentationArticles of Amendment and supporting documentsArticles of Incorporation and organization documentsArticles of Dissolution and supporting documentsShare Transfers and supporting documentsExtra-provincial registrations in Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and YukonReporting on registrations including preparing accountsSpecial projects

    You will also be responsible for the preparation of annual return packages and accounts.

    As well as managing the ALF database, doing corporate filings and searches, and all other necessary tasks you will provide guidance for their Level 1 Corporate Service Clerks.


    Experience:
    Legal Assistant/Paralegal Diploma or related education is preferredExperience working in a law firm or similar professional settingExperience in CORES and ALF considered assetsAdvanced computer skills (picks up program navigation easily)Strong attention to detail
