We're currently seeking a
Customer Success Representative to join our team

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring their success with our software.

You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, identify areas for improvement, and provide solutions to ensure their continued success.

Where will you work?
RamSoft is headquartered in downtown Toronto. This is role may be performed fully on-site, or hybrid.


What will you do?

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Drive existing customers to migrate to the latest technologies and architectures available
  • Manage customer renewals and upsell opportunities
  • Use Salesforce to monitor, document and report on customer usage and satisfaction
  • Act as a liaison between customers and other departments, such as technical support and product development
  • Proactively identify potential issues and provide solutions to ensure customer success
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customers attain all the benefits and value our products offer, by adopting all product features
  • Other related duties as assigned

What will you bring to RamSoft?

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in frontline customer service, customer success, or account management
  • Experience in using Salesforce or other CRM software
  • General technical skills; able to quickly learn our systems and products
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to analyze customer data and provide insights to drive success

You will REALLY stand out if you have the following

  • Knowledge of SaaS industry and technology
  • Experience working in medical offices, hospitals, Healthcarerelated universities
