- Collaborate with management to proactively source talent for critical skill areas and establish a talent pipeline for our Contact Center.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent, including both passive and active candidates.
- Provide guidance to managers on the recruitment process, interview techniques, and selection criteria.
- Keep abreast of recruitment trends in the investment sector by cultivating and enriching a network of industry contacts, engaging in industry events, and joining professional associations.
- Internally promote the services to employees and managers, highlighting our value proposition and expertise.
- Facilitate the candidate selection process and ensure managers are equipped with the necessary tools to choose the most qualified candidates.
- Manage and/or contribute to projects as required.
- 2 to 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in utilizing alternative sourcing methods, particularly social media and networking tools.
- Demonstrated ability to adeptly manage multiple and evolving priorities.
- Proven track record of adopting a consultative approach with both internal and external clients, offering effective business solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail, coupled with a proactive mindset.
- Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
