    Description
    We are looking to hire a Front-End Manager to join our team.

    They are responsible for ensuring their staff give great customer service as well as monitoring the financial performance of the store.

    The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and is also able to motivate personnel to perform according to their maximum capacity.

    Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
    Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
    Create and maintain seasonal and themed customer experiences/events around the store
    Collaborate with vendors for inventory management; Oversee the Joint Health & Safety committee and conduct regular Food Safety audits, guide and train the departments on how to improve their safety standards
    Efficiently deescalate and resolve customer complaints
    Manage and increase department profitability and sales through effective budgeting, merchandising, controlling expenses and driving sales
    Backroom and inventory management
    Strong problem solving and in-the-moment decision-making skills, process improvement, strategic planning, verbal communication, customer focus, management proficiency
    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
    Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
    Completion of a post-secondary program related to Finance or Business Management
    Management and Supervisory experience in retail is as asset
    Must be able to stand during scheduled shift, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time
