    The bigger picture

    We're looking for a creative and agile person with a passion for communicating through impactful visuals to come on board as our Graphic Designer, at our College Avenue location. In this role, you will lead the creative execution of the visual identity for Conexus and its family of brands. This involves telling our brand story through multimedia design, creating engaging and professional imagery to captivate audiences and effectively convey key messages across multiple mediums to bring our brands to life.

    How you'll be spending your time

  • Collaborating closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop innovative and visually compelling designs for various mediums (print, digital, social media, etc.).
  • Leading the design for owned media channels and maintaining brand consistency across internal and external platforms, in partnership with our AOR.
  • Collaborating with internal and external partners on responsive UI design for Conexus web properties and landing pages.
  • Translating creative briefs into effective visual communications and compelling designs.
  • Preparing creative assets for print and digital distribution.
  • Creating engaging multimedia assets to enhance content delivery. This includes infographics, animations, photography, and videos.

    The experience you bring

  • Post-secondary degree in Graphic Design or Fine Arts (or related field).
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in Graphic Design, Advertising, or Marketing.
  • Proficient in design software and tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of marketing, advertising, and design principles.
  • Proficiency in marketing-based technologies, photography, video production, and animation.

    • Salary Range:

    $68,180 - $85,220 with 9% Short Term Incentive Target
