Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks including preparing documents and filing paperwork,
- Assist with marketing and sales activities including creating marketing packages and brochures
- Conduct research on properties, market trends, and other real estaterelated information
- Perform other duties as assigned by the real estate team and marketing teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales or related field
- 2 years of experience in a sales and administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and brochure creation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
