Responsibilities:

Help the CEO with all marketingrelated issues.
Help establish and monitor the overall performance of marketing strategies to provide recommendations for improvement.
Assist in operating short video platforms, including Tiktok, YouTube, etc.
Produce and create highquality content, including directing, shooting, screenwriting, and managing preshooting and postproduction processes.
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Work with the sales team to improve marketing efforts.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Media Studies, Marketing, or related areas.
Minimum of 1 year of video directing and editing experience.
Knowledge and understanding of editing, directing short videos on various social media platforms, including Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Tiktok, Kuaishou, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
Be keen on the short video industry and have extended experience and knowledge in a variety of short video platforms, including Douyin, Meipai, Kuaishou, Bilibili, and TouTiao.
Have a strong sensitivity to hot events and understand the user characteristics, user preferences, and the characteristics of major short video platforms.
Have a solid technical foundation for postproduction, be able to complete postproduction video editing, be familiar with audio editing and synthesis software, and perform overall packaging and embellishment of videos.
Have a certain level of writing, planning, and directing skills, be able to guide video shooting and script design, and be proactive and innovative.
Mandarin is highly preferable.

Salary:
$35,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
