Launched in 2018, Onlia is a joint venture between Achmea, the largest insurance group of the Netherlands, and Fairfax Financial, a Canadian-based financial holding company.

Key Accountabilities:


KA 1 Responsible overseeing paid ad platforms including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads, Google Ads to build new campaigns, optimize existing campaigns and improve performance.


KA 2 Act as a trusted point of contact on the marketing and sales team to provide performance updates, recommend optimizations and provide new ideas and next steps to help achieve the best return on investment for Onlia.


KA 3 Review and analyze campaign performance data (e.g., within Google Analytics, Meta, etc) to develop actionable insights that assist with strategic planning, KPI improvement, and growth.


KA 4 Manage google ads budget.


KA 5 Using Google Analytics as the center of reporting and analysis to track, record and report performance metrics on a weekly/monthly basis and assemble into executive ready format


Qualifications and competencies

  • Have a bachelor's or master's degree related to Marketing and/or Data, or equivalent work experience.
  • Have at least 56 years of performance marketing experience
  • Preferably have experience on the digital agency side.
  • Knowledge of tag management hands on experience considered an asset
  • You are analytical, flexible and can work independently.
  • Can present complex results in clear and understandable language.

Salary:
$70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
