    GENERAL FUNCTION

    As a Sales Associate, you play a pivotal role in ensuring customers enjoy a gratifying shopping experience that enhances their athletic performance. By providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, sharing product knowledge, and collaborating with the team, you contribute to individual and store success.

    MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Achieve sales targets and company objectives by nurturing existing customer relationships and establishing new ones.
    • Create an unparalleled customer experience by building connections, paying attention to detail, and offering solutions that drive customer satisfaction.
    • Engage positively in the store environment, fostering professional relationships with colleagues, management, Opticians, and support staff.
    • Take pride in store appearance, proactively maintain displays and inventory, and safeguard company assets.
    • Promote inclusivity by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • 1+ years of retail or customer service experience
    • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic phone and math skills
    • Adapt to new technology and embrace change with precision
    • Utilize sales skills effectively and take accountability for results
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Self-motivated with strong multitasking abilities, capable of adapting in a fast-paced environment
