    Established in 2020, Mini Mall Storage Properties has been successfully acquiring storage facilities throughout North America with rapid expansion in the United States. We have a team of talented and diverse self-storage experts who span across 15 states and 7 provinces to support and manage our rapid growth across North America. With over 50,000 units and almost 8 million square feet of self-storage space, our goal is to make storage simple and accessible throughout life's transitions. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone beginning their Marketing career or looking to transfer their applicable skills to a new discipline. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Coordinator combines strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, constant accountability, and technological savviness to maximize the returns of our digital and traditional marketing campaigns. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Digital Listings Management:

    • Maintain and update 200+ storage locations across Canada and the US across multiple platforms (Google, website, Bing, Apple, etc.).
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize listing content and ensure brand standards.
    • Support digital marketing initiatives including email, social media, and content marketing.
    • Execute and analyze PPC campaigns (e.g., Google AdWords) to drive targeted traffic, leads, and maximize ROI through strategic adjustments.
    • Ensure proper functioning of digital marketing equipment and liaise for repairs.
    Marketing Admin, Collateral & Events:
    • Assist Marketing Manager in managing vendor invoices and expenses.
    • Support field teams and communicate with vendors to facilitate branded promotional material, signage, event related goods and services, and digital collateral.
    • Evaluate advertising and sponsorship opportunities and manage shipping requirements.
    • Facilitate branded promotional materials and manage vendor relationships.
    • Manage corporate social media pages and advertising on a daily basis.
    Market Research:
    • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and provide recommendations.
    • Ensure consistency and effectiveness of digital marketing efforts with stakeholders.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
    • Maintain and update corporate websites and online ads.
    • Review and analyze website analytics and suggest improvements.
    • Attend Digital Marketing Department meetings, offering support as required.
    WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
    • Education or experience in digital marketing, communications, business management, or administration.
    • 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced team environment.
    • Familiarity with PPC advertising platforms like Google AdWords.
    • Experience with digital analytics tools for measuring campaign performance.
    • Adaptability to evolving digital marketing trends.
    • Clear understanding of SEM, SEO, and ability to work independently.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
    • Previous work in graphic design, writing, or website design is beneficial.
    • Experience with CRMs or project management tools is advantageous.
    • Proficiency in Google AdWords, SEM Rush, and Facebook Advertisers.
    • Proficiency in Photoshop and experience with Hootsuite or similar social media management tools is an asset.
    • Excels in demanding situations while supporting team focus, remaining open to feedback for professional growth.
    • Demonstrates the ability to independently execute tasks, problem-solve, and adapt to evolving digital marketing trends.
    • Displays strong communication skills and a collaborative approach across functions.
