    Join our dynamic team as an Azure Cloud Infrastructure Specialist and shape the future of cloud computing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Azure cloud computing technology and infrastructure as well as experience managing costs and analyzing infrastructure requirements.

    The ideal candidate will help grow our ever-evolving team culture, processes, and practices, while demonstrating a level of excellence that showcases the spirit of a true team player. With a deep understanding of Cloud Architecture and best practices, you will work closely with the Infrastructure Team to come up with solutions to complex challenges, drive innovation and pave the way for the future of Cowan's Cloud Landscape. Most importantly, you will work with fun and like-minded peers who will help you along your journey and create memorable experiences.

    What you will do:

  • Design, develop, and manage robust, secure, scalable, highly available, and dynamic solutions on Azure to drive business objectives.
  • Analyze DevOps requirements and design optimal solutions based on the needs of the organization.
  • Maintain the Azure DevOps environment to ensure optimal performance, cost efficiency, and security.
  • Implement cost-control strategies to optimize spending on Azure services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define service levels, system availability requirements, and management control designs.
  • Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of data security, and developing and maintaining disaster recovery plans.

    • What you will bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in designing, executing, and supporting Azure Cloud Solutions and associated application resources (ex. ARM templates)
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Azure DevOps and Git
  • Certification in one of:
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Devops Engineer Expert
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Python and/or Bash.
  • Working knowledge of databases and SQL
  • Solid understanding of Agile delivery principles
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • A self-learner who likes to stay on top of technology and always honing their skills.
