Description

A Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving drinks to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

The Bartender will maintain a clean and organized bar area and provide a welcoming and friendly environment to guests.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet customers and take drink orders, serving both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beer, wine and other drinks to guests.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing and sanitizing glasses, restocking liquor and ice, and cleaning spills.
Accurately handle cash transactions and operate pointofsale (POS) systems.
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
Follow all local liquor laws and regulations.
Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns.
Continuously update knowledge of drink menu and promotional offers.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required, with further training or certifications in mixology preferred.
Previous experience as a bartender, with knowledge of mixology and customer service.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, with strong multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle cash transactions and operate POS systems.
Must be 21 years of age or older, with the ability to serve alcohol legally.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
