Overview:

As the Social Media Account Manager, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning and proactively managing clients' social networks.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Account & Content Management

Maintain and build client relationships by identifying growth opportunities.
Work with clients to understand their needs and formulate ideas, plan, strategize and create content.
Be the main point of contact for day to day operations with clients and communicate with them regularly to provide updates.
Conduct Community engagement for clients, help them to grow followers.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 1 year of experience working in social media marketing
Knowledge of the inner workings of the majority of these social media networks including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok Twitter, etc.
Experience creating and executing Paid Facebook/Instagram advertising campaigns
Experience working with social media management tools such as Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Insights, Sprout, etc.
Demonstrates an ability to understand social media metrics and reporting skills
Communication skills; both written and spoken;
Copywriting experience is considered an asset but not required.
Knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a positive and upbeat attitude.
Valid Ontario drivers license and access to a vehicle.
Ability to work in office Monday
Friday (Remote work is not possible for this position)
