    Leasing ConsultantOur Leasing Consultants work together with our management team members and are responsible for Leasing our available Suites to prospects looking for a place to call home.


    Duties included in this role include the following:

    Leasing:
    Respond to all leasing inquiries through email, telephone calls and walk in trafficConduct community toursManage and executed all related paperwork, reference calls, and follow up as requiredCoordinates with our site teams to ensure a seamless move in experience for our residentsCoordinates with our management and site team members to complete turnover and move in suite inspectionsConduct local community market surveys quarterlyReview all marketing programs for accuracyPrepare leasing reporting as requiredAdministration:To collect all rents due in the minimum time possibleTo complete all forms and reports so that the correct master files, correct rent rolls and any other data which should be required for the proper functioning of the company are developed and maintainedTo purchase services and supplies only in accordance with the company's policies and proceduresPrepare reports concerning departmental activities as required by the Property ManagerTo be cognizant of all governing legislation including, without limitation, Residential Tenancies Act, Labour Relations Act, Fire Code and Occupational Health & Safety Act


    Qualifications:
    Minimum 2 years in a customer service, sales-related roleProfessional and service-oriented approach to daily dutiesAbility to multi-task and work well under pressureStrong sales and closing related skillsYardi experience preferredComputer experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and ExcelDesire to work with people and the ability to remain customer focused in a fast paced and constantly changing environmentAdaptable, organized and flexible - the ability to handle different problems as they occurAbility to work evenings and Saturdays as required
