    Classroom M.Ed. Teacher

    We are seeking a visionary Grade 2/3 classroom teacher who is passionate about progressive education and ready to transform learning by creating dynamic, hands-on educational experiences that prepare students for real-world success.


    Role Overview:

    Innovative Teaching:
    Lead a combined class through integrated themes rather than isolated subjects, tailoring education to the individual needs of students.

    Community Contribution:
    Engage actively in our school community, promoting a culture of empathy, respect, and open communication.

    Leadership & Development :
    Participate in and potentially lead initiatives that enhance our educational offerings, reflecting continuous personal and professional growth.


    What You'll Do:
    Implement our holistic, student-centered curriculum which supports the 'whole child'.
    Utilize technology seamlessly in your teaching practice to enhance learning.
    Foster an environment where students are excited about learning and parents are engaged in their children's education.
    Work collaboratively with a team of passionate educators dedicated to innovative teaching methods.


    What You'll Bring:
    M.Ed., M.A., or M.Sc. in Education.
    At least 3 years of teaching experience at the elementary level, ideally with grades 2 and 3.
    B.C. Ministry of Education Certification.
    Strong communication and organizational skills.
    A growth mindset, high standards, and a passionate commitment to your students' learning and development.
