Valsoft Corporation is currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join the Finance team

What your day will look like:

Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable
Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers
Maintains and updates customer master data i

e:
files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions

Drafts correspondence for standard pastdue accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacts delinquent accountholders to request payment
Creates reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested
Assists in generating monthly billing statements based on the general ledger
Assists Accounting Manager in reconciling revenue accounts each month
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues

About you:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivables or a similar role
Excel MS Excel knowledge
NetSuite knowledge is an asset
Excellent communication, research, problemsolving, and time management skills
High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
Attention to detail
