    Join Our Client's Team as a Dynamic Team Leader

    Our client, an international real estate franchise known for their innovation and agent-friendly approach, is seeking a Team Leader to play a vital role in their company's growth in Calgary, Alberta.

    As a top producer with a proven track record of leadership, you will be dynamic, assertive, and people-oriented, operating with a sense of urgency and strong communication skills.


    What You'll Do:

    • Make calls and schedule appointments.
    • Recruit sales associates weekly through interviewing, selecting, and hiring.
    • Oversee training for existing sales team members.
    • Lead sales and business meetings.
    • Manage staff to ensure professionalism and job performance.
    • Share Market Center value with all management and colleagues.
    • Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing tactics.
    • Facilitate regular sales meetings.
    • Communicate effectively with staff, sales associates, buyers, sellers, and vendors.
    • Perform other duties as required.

    Who You Are:

    • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
    • 2 – 5 years of experience in a sales role or similar environment (required).
    • Real estate knowledge and experience is highly desirable.
    • Excellent communication skills with a willingness to make calls.
    • Motivated, persistent, and organized.
    • Strong leadership, management, and teambuilding skills.
    • Career development and training abilities.
    • Proven successful sales track record.
    • Proactive and positive attitude.
    • Proficient in computer and MLS experience.

    What We Offer:

    • Competitive salary: $70K – $75K per year with bonuses.
    • Monday to Friday schedule (occasional weekends and evenings).
    • 9 am to 5 pm working hours.
    • Fully inoffice position.
