- Participer à l'amélioration continue de la performance du groupe d'ingénierie de St-Bruno;
- Participer aux rencontres hebdomadaires de gestion de l'ingénierie;
- Supporter les équipes « métier » d'ingénierie dans leurs tâches quotidiennes;
- Identifier les occasions d'amélioration des processus d'ingénierie;
- Participer à l'automatisation de différents rapports pour réduire les activités à valeur non-ajoutée.
- Étudiant au baccalauréat en génie industriel/mécanique/électrique/autres(profil gestion de projet/amélioration continue est un plus)
- Personnalité débrouillarde, qui aime l'application pratique des concepts comparativement à la théorie
- Connaissances approfondies des outils informatiques (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project et SAP)
- Fortes compétences de communication et de diplomatie
- Bonnes aptitudes à la communication en français et en anglais, écrite et parlée
- Participate in performance continuous improvement initiatives for engineering group
- Participate in weekly engineering management meetings
- Support engineering "metiers" teams in their daily tasks
- Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes
- Participate in the automation of various reports to reduce activities with no added value
- Bachelor's degree student in industrial/mechanical/electrical/othersengineering (project management/continuous improvement profile is a plus)
- Resourceful personality, who likes the practical application of concepts compared to theory
- In-depth knowledge of IT tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, Project and SAP)
- Strong communication and diplomatic skills
- Good communication skills in French and English, written and spoken
