    Description

    Are you ready to suit up?

    We are currently looking for Full-time and Part-Time Security guards on foot for Health Care Parking Security to work at one of our Health Care Setting in Winnipeg. As a member of the GardaWorld team, your primary role is to ensure the safety and security of client assets, tenants and visitors to the assignment area in a professional and courteous manner.

    Full Time Permanent Schedules we are looking to fill

    1. FT 1 : Monday- Friday
    2. FT 2 : Monday- Friday
    3. FT 2 : Monday- Friday

    Part Time Permanent Schedules we are looking to fill

    1. PT1 : Saturday & Sunday
    2. PT2 : Saturday & Sunday
    3. PT3 : Saturday & Sunday

    What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg do?

    • Foot Parking Patrols as per post orders and as instructed by Supervisor
    • Traffic Control
    • Working as a team and report to the onsite supervisor
    • Providing Escorts for Visitors, and issue passes for appropriate areas.
    • Ensuring all doors are closed, and vacant areas have lights off.
    • Maintaining a safe and secure environment.
    • Providing active response, assist EMS, Fire Watch, Pressurized Systems and chemical spills.
    • Employee work alone process.
    • G-Track Patrolling will be done as per site orders..
    • Documenting/reporting issues using electronic devices.
    • Adhering to all Company standards and Site orders.
    • Be a good deportment.
    • Providing excellent customer service.

    Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Winnipeg

    • Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
    • Fluent in English, both written and orally
    • 1-2 years experience as Security guard in Customer facing roles .
    • High school education or equivalent
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Parking Facility for personal car is not available
