    Description
    The ideal candidate has a strong passion for culinary excellence and a keen eye for detail. You will assist the Executive Chef in providing exceptional food quality and presentation and team management.

    ResponsibilitiesOversee and assist the kitchen staff in all aspects of food productionEvaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standardsEstablish and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipmentProvide training and professional development opportunities for all kitchen staffflexible schedule, opening and closing shiftsQualifications2+ years' of culinary or kitchen leadership experienceExcellent interpersonal and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with excellent attention to detailMenu execution, inventory, ordering or scheduling experience is preferredStrong background in coaching and leading large teams of 40 to 60 staff High volume food sales experience is a must have Willingness to learn and develop as a leader and chef Only those candidates living in Edmonton with Canadian experience will be contacted.
