Sales Operations Analyst - Vancouver, Canada - Skullcandy

Position Summary:
Primary Functional Responsibilities:
- Provide weekly sales results, by account, at allhands team meeting
- Maintain the sell thru tracking and report results weekly
- Maintain the product assortment files and highlight change and necessary adjustments
- Complete and review market data (Circana) based competitive analysis/retailer analysis monthly, weekly.
- Complete key market analysis, review sales results, and provide recommendations
- Provide data and support for quarterly business reviews
- Support the sales team in creating PowerPoint decks for daytoday and seasonal needs
- Manage submitted orders through to delivery to retailers
- Oversee daytoday operations for major retailers, including warehouse drops, PO corrections, 3PL correspondence and returns
- Help oversee retailer accounts daytoday operations: EDI transaction processing and troubleshooting, warehouse drops, account setups, PO corrections and returns.
- Work with finance on A/R collections and invoicing coordination and any initiatives involving both departments
- Provide support with key account vendor guidelines, help manage 3PL's order files to meet vendor requirements and cancel dates, assuring all compliance are met
Required Experience & Skills:
Education:
A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or analytical data support role.

Skills/Ability
- Strong practical and theoretical understanding of the sell thru forecasting process
- Experience in B2B wholesale operations for retail is an asset
- The ability to produce effective and supportive PowerPoint presentations
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel required
- Familiarity with Circana (formerly NPD) or consumer data is a plus
- Must be highly detailoriented with the ability to fulfill responsibilities with mínimal supervision
