- Minimum of 5 years generalist experience in a manager or business partner role.
- Experience in a fast-paced, client service-based environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field preferred.
- Preferably holds Human Resources certifications including CHRP (certified through the HRMA).
- Ability to work independently with support from national HR leadership.
