    Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP US and Canada) – Hybrid/Remote location anywhere in GTA

    The role is to act as a trusted consultant and partner (coach, advise, counsel) to our employees and management in designated business units.

    The incumbent will demonstrate strategic and operational contributions to the development, understanding and timely execution of high-quality processes, practices, and systems.

    The position delivers solutions within a dynamic operational context which has a relatively high level of transactional demand across all aspects of HR (e.g., talent, engagement, culture, performance management, compensation).

    Proactively work to strengthen HR deliveries within Solidifi and in particular to support the organisation with HR projects around organizational effectiveness, culture and engagement among others.

    Support the HR team members with day-to-day HR activities.
    Provide support to operational recruitment activities from initial discussions or requirements through to final selection and offer negotiations.
    Actively participate on the design and execution of a range of HR processes and programs such as resourcing, talent development, performance improvement, training, and development
    Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office tools

    Have a bachelor's degree in HR or related field experience in Canada and US business, employment laws and policies.

    Experience in all areas of HR competency including employee relations, employee engagement and change management.
    Strong understanding of best practices Human Resources function and passion for building diverse and inclusive teams

    Travailler de manière proactive pour renforcer les prestations RH au sein de Solidifi et en particulier pour soutenir l'organisation avec des projets RH autour de l'efficacité organisationnelle, de la culture et de l'engagement, entre autres.


    • Soutenir les membres de l'équipe RH dans les activités RH quotidiennes.
    • Travailler aux côtés des gestionnaires pour améliorer les relations avec les employés et maximiser l'efficacité des ressources afin de garantir que la direction réponde aux exigences opérationnelles.
    • Fournir un soutien aux activités de recrutement opérationnel depuis les discussions ou exigences initiales jusqu'à la sélection finale et les négociations des offres.
    • Participer activement à la conception et à l'exécution d'une gamme de processus et de programmes RH tels que le ressourcement, le développement des talents, l'amélioration des performances, la formation et le développement.
    Très bonne maîtrise de tous les outils Microsoft Office


    • Avoir un baccalauréat en ressources humaines ou une expérience dans un domaine connexe dans les affaires, les lois et politiques du travail au Canada et aux États-Unis.
    • Expérience dans tous les domaines de compétence RH, y compris les relations avec les employés, l'engagement des employés et la gestion du changement.
    • Un animateur chevronné passionné par l'apprentissage et doté d'un esprit de croissance.
    • Solide compréhension des meilleures pratiques de la fonction des ressources humaines et passion pour la constitution d'équipes diversifiées et inclusives.
