- 3-4 yrs. of experience in Manual testing
- Having Good knowledge on JIRA - Epic / User Stories/ Defects / KANBAN Board Daily status
- Experience using HP ALM, JIRA.
- Good communication skills, Ability in interacting with Stakeholders and Up/Downstream application test leads.
- Must have worked in Offshore and Onshore Model
- Must have ability to drive large discussions with various application test leads.
- Possible work onshore time -9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST- 8 hrs. shift
- Must have good ability to create test cases / scenarios based on the requirements Attributes: - Comfortable in high pressure, deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly - Function independently when required Can deal with ambiguity and manage requests for change- Ability and ready to learn new technologies.
- Team player, cooperative with good interpersonal skills
- Hands on experience on Cyara Testing Tool - Test Cases Design and Test Execution.
- Good to have Aspect and Avaya experience.
- Experience in Automation -selenium and Dev ops.
