Job Title: Solutions Architect

Location: Canada / remote

IG Recruit is proud to be a valued recruitment partner with a global high-growth business. Due to extensive growth, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Solutions Architect

Experience

Contact Center industry experience and understanding of modern customer experience design.
3+ years of pre-sales customer-facing experience, preferably in the enterprise space.
3+ years of hands-on experience building, migrating and deploying complex cloud-based solutions.
Experiencing architecting, implementing and supporting Amazon Web Services infrastructure, ( Amazon Connect experience needed )
Experience building integrations across CRM, Unified Communications and contact centers.
Strong hands-on programming skills with either Python or NodeJS and experience developing

Key Qualifications

B.S. in Computer Science, related fields or commensurate work experience.
AWS Certification at Associate level or equivalent (preference for Solutions Architect).
Strong spoken and written English is a must.
