    S'agit-il d'un emploi pour étudiant et/ou jeune ? What You Will Be Doing: As part of our inaugural Residence Care Team at Maison de l'Est, you will be working with an interdisciplinary team of health care professionals and volunteers providing quality palliative and patient centred care to our hospice residents and their families/caregivers. As a bilingual Registered Practical Nurse your care will be in a primarily Francophone setting supporting a home-like, peaceful and culturally appropriate environment.
    La Maison de soins palliatifs d'Ottawa (MSPO) est un organisme de bienfaisance communautaire dont la mission est d'accompagner et de soutenir les personnes, et leurs familles, tout au long de leur parcours de fin de vie en leur fournissant des soins compatissants et de haute qualité. Les programmes de soins palliatifs comprennent des services de soins palliatifs de jour, de soutien à domicile, de soutien familial et de soins palliatifs en établissement. La Maison de soins palliatifs d'Ottawa offre ces services à trois endroits : la Maison May Court, la Maison Ruddy-Shenkman et La Maison de l'Est. La MSPO est à la recherche de personnes qui souhaitent travailler dans un environnement intégré de soutien et qui s'engagent à fournir des soins palliatifs de la plus haute qualité. Ce que vous ferez : En tant que membre de notre première équipe de soins en résidence à la Maison de l'Est, vous travaillerez avec une équipe interdisciplinaire de professionnels de la santé et de bénévoles pour fournir des soins palliatifs de qualité et des soins centrés sur le patient à nos résidents de la maison de soins palliatifs et à leurs familles/soignants. En tant qu'infirmière ou infirmier autorisé(e) bilingue, vous prodiguerez des soins dans un cadre principalement francophone, favorisant un environnement familial, paisible et culturellement approprié.
    La Maison de l'Est est un nouveau site de soins palliatifs pour la MSPO et c'est une excellente occasion pour vous de faire partie de l'équipe qui lancera les nouveaux services. Vous travaillerez dans un environnement qui reflétera la culture et les valeurs francophones tout en fournissant des soins en anglais au besoin. Faites partie de notre équipe pour fournir des soins dans cet environnement unique.
