Description:

We are currently seeking a corporate process engineering intern to join our process engineering team at our Corporate Engineering department location in Brampton, ON. This Internship position will work together as part of our team to develop skills through a learning process. It is a good chance for students who want to improve skills on P&ID development using Plant 3D software, to put process engineering theory into practice, and to gain experience in process safety reviews.

Responsibilities:

Working closely with designers/engineers on various tasks regarding preparing engineering documents. Involved in P&ID development using Plant 3D and/or Autocad, process flow diagrams, mass and energy balances. Involved in general administration tasks such as organizing documents and files. Other duties as may be required with additional information.

Qualifications:

Ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently with minimal supervision. Demonstrated as a quick learner and eager to learn new knowledge. Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail when preparing engineering drawings and documents. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
