Mississauga Admin Coordinator

Canaray provides the GTA with standard-setting oral radiology services. As the Operations Admin Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating between departments, analzying metrics, supporting Human Resources, managing projects and completing admin related tasks.

This role is to aid in the coordination of departments, efficiency in administration, implementation of projects and fostering of company culture.


Duties

  • Strategize an implementation plan for the switch to Zendesk for our Customer Service Department
  • Announce staff anniversaries, and birthdays and keep consistent communication within Canaray's internal communications chat system
  • Maintain internal employee management systems
  • Create and audit employee documentation program
  • Communicate between departments and ensure managers are provided with accurate support
  • Participate in cultivating Company Culture by regularly engaging with employees and recognizing staff that go above and beyond
  • Learn tasks crossfunctionally across the organization to support business needs as necessary
  • Monitor internal statistics by monitoring metrics and organizing workflows to compensate for absences
  • Support in the administration of all new and existing employees
  • Assist management and Human Resources with the employee onboarding and offboarding process

Skills:


  • 2 years of administration / project management experience
  • Extensive Customer Service experience
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationshipbuilding and employee coaching skills
  • Excellent conflict management and leadership skills
  • Strong problemsolving ability
  • Eager to improve, and ability to work well in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
