You'll join our business development team in Canada (hive.You'll support admin work, and jump into special projects that need a driving force. We plan to double headcount in we need a smart and energetic generalist to help us scale.
###Assist TA and Hiring Managers in iterating on recruiting playbooks, maintaining healthy pipelines, and onboarding new teammatesManage HR processes for employees across Canada - including payroll, benefits, and tax effortsBuild and manage financial models, and improve budgeting and spend managementHelp establish performance measurements and targets, and implement reporting and dashboarding solutionsSupport accounting and bookkeeping motionsOptimize billing and collection processesHelp departments collect and analyze data to inform decisions
