    Description
    IKON Complete Inc. is a Recruitment & Search Firm specializing in identifying, & sourcing top performers for our clientele. Position: Brake Press Operator Location: Oakville, ON Salary: $23 - $28 per hour + OTIndustry: Manufacturing / Skilled-Trade / OperatorEmployment Term: Full Time / In-personShift: 4-day Afternoons 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM (10 Hours) Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics to facilitate precise setups.
    • Capability to utilize precise measuring instruments like radius gauges, verniers, and height stands for verifying product conformity with specified shapes, dimensions, and other requirements.
    • Competence in setting up machines according to job specifications, including the use of fixtures, backstop adjustments, ram adjustments, etc.
    • Ability to make necessary adjustments to programs and tooling to ensure the production of high-quality products.
    • Skill in loading/unloading tooling and setting up equipment.
    • Strong communication skills with an excellent command of the English language.
    • Capacity to train and mentor both new and existing staff within the department.
    • Proficiency in mathematics.
    • Additional related duties.
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • High School Diploma with proficiency in mathematics and mechanical drawing skills.
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
    • Experience with forklift operation and familiarity with jib/overhead cranes is asset.
    • Ability to work safely and independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal & written
