    Nous avons actuellement une excellente opportunité pour un(e) spécialiste PGI bilingue, production à livraison SAP. Ce poste est basé dans nos bureaux d'Oakville (Ont.) ou de l'Île-des-Sœurs (Montréal, Qc), et relève du (de la) responsable de fonction, production à livraison.

    Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) candidat(e) pour le poste de spécialiste, production à livraison SAP, en vue de rejoindre le programme de mise en œuvre PGI CONNECT SAP S4/Hana.
    Le (la) super utilisateur(trice) SAP joue le rôle d'expert(e) interne et crée une passerelle entre les utilisateurs finaux et l'équipe chargée de la mise en œuvre. Ce poste exige de comprendre les utilisateurs et leurs fonctions, et de jouer un rôle actif au cours du cycle de mise en œuvre pour se familiariser avec la solution SAP, tester le système, former les utilisateurs finaux et devenir le (la) champion(ne) du changement et de l'adoption de la mise en œuvre.
    Fournir une formation formelle et informelle aux utilisateurs finaux.
    Participer aux essais d'acceptation par l'utilisateur de tous les processus commerciaux dans les environnements de test SAP et tenir la documentation à jour.
    contrôler les performances des utilisateurs finaux et identifier les besoins de formation continue.
    Être la porte d'entrée d'un système qui fonctionne sans accroc et qui est utilisé au maximum de son potentiel, en tant que super utilisateur(trice) SAP.
    Expérience préalable de SAP S4/Hana.
    Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais.
    contrôler les performances des utilisateurs finaux et identifier les besoins de formation continue, en personne et virtuellement.
    Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    We currently have an exciting opportunity as a Bilingual ERP Specialist, SAP Make to Deliver. This role is based in our offices in Oakville (ON) or Nuns' Island (Montreal QC), and reports to the Functional Lead, Make to Deliver.
    We are looking for a candidate for the role of SAP Specialist Make to Deliver to join the ERP CONNECT SAP S4/Hana implementation program.
    The SAP super user acts as the internal expert and creates a link between end users and the implementation team. You will act as representative of the Operations team, be the first line of support for end users. This role is required to understand the users and their functions and take an active role during the implementation cycle to learn the SAP solution, test the system, train end users and becoming change and adoption champion of the implementation.
    The successful candidate will have demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes and will have proven experience in the use and implementation of new technologies in environments of varying complexity.

    Provide formal and informal training to end users.
    Provide 1st line of support to end users on the ERP business processes and tools during hypercare and in sustainment.
    Leads by taking notes from the end users and cascades the feedback to the broader implementation team.
    Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Tests) of all business processes in SAP test environments and maintains documentation.
    monitoring end user performance and determining ongoing training needs.
    As an SAP super user, be the gatekeeper for a system that runs smoothly and is utilized to its maximum potential.
    Contribute to Change Management efforts as a change agent and an active member of the super user network.
    Experience in manufacturing environment, having prior exposure to manufacturing processes and system implementation strong business knowledge and understanding of business processes.
    Prior exposure to SAP S4/Hana.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
    monitoring end user performance and determining ongoing training needs, both in-person and virtually.
    Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
