What will you work on?
The Manager, Financial Reporting will report to the Senior Manager, Finance. This dynamic role will be responsible for producing high quality financial reporting designed for management review and analysis.

This role provides reporting and analyzes all three of our Creative Centers (Toys, Entertainment and Digital Games) as well as our Corporate costs and Consolidated entity.

How will you create impact?

Support different department needs from a management analysis and reporting perspective.
Manage the preparation of the monthly reporting packages to the Senior Leadership Team
Key contributor to the quarterly Management's Discussion and Analysis
Owner of the Creative Center (Toys/Entertainment/Digital Games) reporting models
Support digital transformation and other projects
Liaise with key stakeholders throughout the business
Continuous improvement within the reporting processes
Support the internal and external quarterly reviews and year end audits
Provide adhoc support for projects and initiatives, as required

What are your skills and experience?

CPA designation
Experience either from a public accounting firm or public company setting
Strong accounting and financial reporting expertise (IFRS preferred)
Experience with SAP and BPC is mandatory
Advanced computer literacy skills with Microsoft Office (pivots, vlookups, and advanced formulas)
