We're on the lookout for a talented and experienced _Digital Marketing Coordinator _to join our dynamic team.

As a key member of our agency, you'll have the chance to work with a diverse range of clients, from startups to established brands, and create remarkable digital marketing campaigns that captivate audiences.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement cuttingedge social media marketing strategies to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads and/or sales for our clients.
Manage and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
Create compelling and visually stunning content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to each social media platform.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to continuously refine and improve our clients' digital marketing efforts.
Analyze social media metrics and generate insightful reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with our creative team to develop captivating visuals, videos, and ad campaigns that align with clients' brand identities and objectives.
Stay uptodate with the latest digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and industry innovations to ensure our agency remains at the forefront of the social media landscape.

Qualifications:

Postsecondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a social media marketing agency.
Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Proficient in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
Strong copywriting and editing skills with an impeccable attention to detail.
A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and turn them into engaging content.
Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fastpaced, everchanging environment.
