We're on the lookout for a talented and experienced _Digital Marketing Coordinator _to join our dynamic team.

As a key member of our agency, you'll have the chance to work with a diverse range of clients, from startups to established brands, and create remarkable digital marketing campaigns that captivate audiences.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement cuttingedge social media marketing strategies to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads and/or sales for our clients.
  • Manage and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Create compelling and visually stunning content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to each social media platform.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to continuously refine and improve our clients' digital marketing efforts.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate insightful reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop captivating visuals, videos, and ad campaigns that align with clients' brand identities and objectives.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and industry innovations to ensure our agency remains at the forefront of the social media landscape.

Qualifications:


  • Postsecondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a social media marketing agency.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Proficient in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills with an impeccable attention to detail.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and turn them into engaging content.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fastpaced, everchanging environment.
