    Your function

    I am currently recruiting an Industrial Engineer for one of my clients, a manufacturing company in the transport sector located in Candiac Permanent position 40 hours per week - face-to-face.

    Reporting to the Industrial Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks :


    • Analyze production flows, identify cycle and product improvements
    • Work on assembly operations and cycle balancing according to production targets and identified problems.
    • Implement and manage continuous improvement projects (Lean SixSigma) and document processes
    • Ensure compliance with OHS and quality standards, and train employees in continuous improvement practices
    • Collaborate with various departments to coordinate projects and meet KPIs (production, engineering, purchasing, etc.)

    Your profile

    • At least 5 years' experience in a similar position
    • Bilingual French good level of English


    • Bachelor's degree
    • ING or CPI
    • Knowledge of welded systems and sheet metal work
    • Knowledge of ERP
    • Salary: $80k120k depending on experience
    Live-in position on day shift, full insurance, company RRSP, 3 weeks' vacation minimum
