What is the opportunity?
Planning & Tech Initiatives is looking for a communicator to manage internal communications within Enterprise & International Applications.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Communications and Change Management, you will assist in providing communications support and enhancing employee engagement within E&IA.

The role will coordinate, develop, lead, communicate and execute activities to ensure objectives are accomplished on time.


What will you do?

  • Deliver highquality internal communications
  • Develop/update internal websites (RBC Connect) and promote those sites to increase awareness
  • Increase employee engagement through blog posts, video profiles, senior management team profiles, interest groups/events
  • Assist in recording, editing and publishing of videos and podcasts
  • Develop and lead employee engagement activities and participate in committees
  • Track monthly accomplishments and success stories for E&IA Teams
  • Musthave:_
  • Experience with creating effective internal communications and visually appealing PowerPoint decks
  • Experience with editing audio and video files
  • Deadlinedriven and resultsoriented
  • Ability to meet consistently high standards of quality while handling a variety of projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Selfmotivated, able to manage time and work with mínimal supervision
